Black Ops 4 was the very first taste of the industry. I worked as a QA Tester, testing anywhere from functionality to small bug searching.

In this role, I learned:

• Following and documenting on a test plan

• Clearly documenting bugs for developers and designers

• Learning what bugs to look for

• Prioritizing bugs based on how much they affect the user experience
